News Membership:
Once you signup, you will be given access to our member area. The member area will allow you access to use our anonymous news services. These services include our Web News Interface and our direct NNTP news servers.

Direct News does not need a web page to read or post messages. You can use programs such as Netscape, Microsoft Outlook or your favorite mail program. News groups are directly accessed and downloaded to your hard drive. Because the messages are downloaded, they can easily be read offline at your leisure.

The Web News server is an easy to use interface. No special configuration required, simply connect to the web interface and you are ready to go!. If you are looking for an easy method to read and post news while being anonymous, this may be for you.

and new news servers at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Free Technical Support:
If you require help with any news settings or need any additional help with any of our services,
technical support is provided at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Spam Notice:
Our News Servers may not be used to send any kind of SPAM.
This includes cross posting. If your news account is used to send SPAM
it will be deleted without notice.

Privacy:
Your news access will keep your IP address out of Internet logs and make you anonymous while you read or post news. Connection logs are kept that enable our management team to monitor bandwidth usage and the number of page views. This information is only used by our staff so that we can continue to provide a top quality service. Without knowing which news machines have high server loads, or which network segments are being consumed, we would not be able to add a server or allocate more bandwidth where it is needed. These logs are kept and compiled into a database program that enable our staff to compare connections and bandwidth against past months. This and all other information gathered by our servers, is kept private and is not released to the public or sold to any third party. If you use your news account for fraud or spam the privacy policy above does not apply. The Proxy Connection is not a left wing privacy organization. We are an established Internet security company providing privacy and security to concerned Internet users.
